What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on orders of €150 or more! 

 The flat-rate shipping fees (i.e., postage, handling, and packaging) for orders under €150:

Germany: 7€

EU: 8€

Third countries (all countries other than the EU and the U.S.): 10€

United States: 20€

However, if the shipping address provided is incorrect or the package is returned to us for any other reason, we will charge the applicable flat-rate shipping fee again.

If you selected express shipping when placing your order, you will be charged a flat fee equal to the cost of express shipping to your destination region for the reshipment.

In the event that a new shipment is necessary, you will receive an invoice from us. After the payment of the invoice, we will ship your jewelry again.

To avoid these costs, please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

Be sure to check whether the shipping address on file with PayPal is up to date (of course, only if you paid with PayPal).

Make sure to check the tracking link regularly so that you can receive your shipment without delay.
