Returns and Refunds

Our return policy for online purchases lasts 14 days after delivery. If it's been 14 days since your order arrived, we can't offer a refund or exchange, unfortunately. But feel free to contact us if you're unsure about anything!

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of products are excluded from returns. We don't accept returns on engraved or personalized products that were custom-made just for you. Gift cards and discounted items can't be returned either.

A partial refund may be given only under these circumstances:

  • the item isn't in its original condition
  • the item is damaged
  • for reasons that aren't our fault

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll drop you an email. We'll let you know if your refund or exchange is approved or denied.

If your return is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at orders@kipkalinka.com

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible.

Returns

If you want to exchange a product, first send an email to: orders@kipkalinka.com. Please send the item to: Christine Kipka, Holbeinstraße 85, 04229 Leipzig, Germany. Shipping costs may apply. Please note that we can't exchange rings if you ordered the wrong size, unfortunately. In this case, we offer a ring resizing service for a fee. Please contact us to arrange this.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the buyer had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the buyer will receive the refund and be informed about your return.

Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on materials and workmanship. In the event of a warranty claim, we will individually assess the cause of the damage. Products damaged due to improper use are excluded from the warranty.

Please use a trackable shipping service (e.g., DHL Paket) for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and they are non-refundable. Contact us if you need help returning the item.
