Return and refund

Our return policy for products purchased online is valid until 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us if you are not sure.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging.

Some product types are excluded from return. We do not accept returns on engraved or personalized products that have been customized and handmade just for you. Gift certificates and reduced products cannot be returned.

Under these circumstances, only a partial refund can be made:

  • the item is not in original condition
  • the item is damaged
  • for reasons not attributable to our error


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will contact you by email. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Once the return has been approved and processed, a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is posted to the account. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Reduced products

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately reduced products cannot.

Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to exchange rings due to an incorrect size specification in the order. In this case we offer a change of ring size for a fee. Please contact us to arrange this.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the buyer had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the buyer will receive the refund and be notified of your return.


We provide two years warranty on material and workmanship. In case of warranty we will individually check the cause of damage. Products damaged by improper use are excluded from the warranty.

Please use a traceable shipping service (e.g. DHL package) for the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Contact us if you need help returning the item.
