We ship worldwide – for free!

When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link (please check your spam folder).

Standard shipping is via DHL Warenpost Premium through the destination country's postal network. For the USA, we ship with USPS Smartmail Expedited.

Unfortunately, some countries (Australia, Canada) don't accept the tracking number, so tracking isn't possible in the destination country. But don't worry, the shipments still arrive reliably.

Here are the approximate delivery times with standard shipping to some regions (based on experience):

EU: 3 – 5 business days

UK: 3 – 7 business days

USA: 8 – 10 business days

Canada: 8 – 14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 21 business days

These delivery times apply to free standard shipping. Express shipping is significantly faster, especially overseas. It can be added in the shopping cart. From a total price of 700€ per order, express shipping is already included free of charge and does not have to be added by you in the shopping cart.
