MEMENTO MORI are subtle earrings for every day.

You'll be amazed by their tiny details and sophisticated mechanics.

I forge and polish every earring by hand for you.

In this case, “forged” means that the entire creole is hammered until it is spring-hard. This gives the silver the necessary spring tension to ensure that the clasp holds.

The two parts of the Creole earring are hand-riveted beneath the skull.

These are the last three hoop earrings in 925 silver. Due to the high amount of work involved, I now only offer them made to order in 950 palladium.

These understated silver hoop earrings are perfect for everyday wear and will remind you of what really matters to you every time you look in the mirror.

High-quality jewelry requires careful handling and maintenance. If you follow these simple tips, it will bring you joy for a very long time.

  • It's best to take off your jewelry when doing chores around the house or in the garden, as well as when exercising.
  • Do not let it come into contact with household chemicals such as cleaning products, perfumes, hairspray, or lotions, as they can cause staining and discoloration.
  • Store your jewelry separately in small boxes; this will prevent them from scratching each other.
  • To remove heavy dirt, use warm water with dish soap and a soft toothbrush.
  • Remove tarnish with a silver polishing cloth to restore your jewelry's shine.

Manufacturing and Shipping

After you place your order, we'll craft the earrings just for you in our workshop in Leipzig.

The fabrication takes about 2 - 3 weeks, the shipping takes about 2-4 days.

Delivery is made upon signature, and you will receive a tracking number.

  • 925 silver contains 7.5% copper as an alloy component. In rare cases, the copper in the jewelry can react with sulfurous sweat from the person wearing it. This is a harmless, temporary skin discoloration in the area of contact. This stops as soon as the copper contained in the alloy is dissolved on the surface. In rare cases, people are allergic to copper and therefore cannot tolerate jewelry made of 925 silver.
