Where is my shipment?

The delivery time for products that are custom made is 15-40 working days, as the individual production takes 2-6 weeks.

The production time of our products can be found in the additional information about the item. If you need the jewelry by a specific date, we ask you to contact us in advance through our Contact Form.

Once your jewelry is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping notification with a link to track the shipment.

Use it to check the status of the shipment and the expected delivery date.

After we have sent your order, the only information we have is what can be found under this link. Therefore, we ask you to not send us questions about shipping, and please use the link.

If the status of your shipment has not changed for a long time (for shipments within Europe, two weeks, rest of the world, three weeks,) please contact us directly by email at orders@kipkalinka.com
