Which shipping providers do you use?

Within Germany, we ship as a DHL package.

We ship worldwide with DHL Warenpost Premium, and to the USA with USPS Smartmail Expedited.

Express shipping is delivered worldwide by DHL Express by default.

You will receive a link to track your shipment when your order is shipped (please check your spam folder.) From this you can also see with which shipping company the package was mailed.

Other shipping providers (e.g., UPS, courier) are possible upon request and for an additional charge.
