For items that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive (e.g. ring size) or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, cancellation is possible if we have not yet started production.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Send an email to bestellungen@kipkalinka.de stating the order number or simply reply to one of our emails regarding your order.
