We ship worldwide—free shipping on orders of €150 or more!

Free shipping to the U.S. on orders of €500 or more.

When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link (please check your spam folder).

Standard shipping is handled by DHL Warenpost Premium via the destination country's mail network.

We ship to the U.S. using USPS SmartMail Expedited—customs fees are already included with this shipping method. For express shipping via DHL Express, the recipient is responsible for paying a small portion of the customs fees.

Unfortunately, some countries (Australia, Canada) don't accept the tracking number, so tracking isn't possible in the destination country. But don't worry, the shipments still arrive reliably.

Here are the approximate delivery times with standard shipping to some regions (based on experience):

EU: 3 – 5 business days

UK: 3 – 7 business days

USA: 8 – 10 business days

Canada: 8 – 14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 21 business days

These delivery times apply to standard shipping. Express shipping is significantly faster, especially for overseas shipments. It can be added to your shopping cart.
