International shipping

We ship worldwide - free of charge!

When your order is shipped, you will receive a link to track the shipment (please check your spam folder).

Standard shipping is done with DHL Warenpost Premium via the mail network of the destination country. We ship to the USA with USPS Smartmail Expedited.

Some countries (Australia, Canada) unfortunately do not accept the consignment number, which is why tracking in the destination country is not possible. Nevertheless, the shipments arrive reliably.

The following are approximate transit times with standard shipping to some regions (based on experience):

EU: 3 - 5 working days

UK: 3 - 7 working days

USA: 8 - 10 working days

Canada: 8 - 14 working days

Australia & New Zealand: 10 - 21 working days

These transit times apply to free standard shipping. Express shipping is much faster especially to overseas. It can be added in the shopping cart. From a total price of 700€ per order, express shipping is already included free of charge and does not have to be added by you in the shopping cart.
